Custom Form

At Idle Hands Fine Jewelry, we pride ourselves on creating stunning custom pieces tailored to your unique vision. Please fill out our Custom Inquiry Form to get started on a custom piece of your own. Custom can range from a completely unique design, or customizing an existing design you have seen on our page. 

1) Inquire: After you dream up your custom piece and submit the Custom Inquiry Form, we’ll contact you (within 1 week) by email to set up a time to chat about your project. 

2) Let's chat!: During this conversation, we’ll discuss your design ideas, budget, and timeline to ensure we’re aligned. We can also offer suggestions as custom jewelry involves several decisions! We love to get to know our clients and help them to channel their ideas into a beautiful piece of jewelry. 

3) Design Sketches: Following our consultation, we will produce a sketch based your motifs and ideas for your approval. 

4) Deposit: Once you select your design, we require a 50% deposit to get started on your project. Once we receive the deposit, your project will completed on a 6-8 week production timeline. 

5) Creation: We’ll source the necessary stones and materials, then either wax carve, fabricate, or create a 3D CAD model, depending on your piece. Then all of the prep, stone setting, sizing, engraving and jewelry work is done by hand, by us, in our home studio.
